On August 8, 2019, an Agreement on international cooperation in the scientific and educational sphere was signed between the Medical College after Mehrabyan (Republic of Armenia) and Daugavpils University (Republic of Latvia).

Latvian delegation consisting of: Rector of the University-Irena Kokina, prof., Vice-rector for development – Janis Kudins, Director of Daugavpils Medical College, Deputy of Daugavpils city Council-Liviya Jankovska, visited  the natural  cosmetic products  Farm &Laboratory – "NAIRIAN COSMETICS" (Kotayk Marz ,height 1600 meters above sea level).

The guests visited the Center of aesthetic medicine – “OPTIMA FORMA”, where they got acquainted with microdermabrasion and cryotherapy procedures under the guidance of cosmetologist-aestheticist – Asya Dallakyan. It is planned to open a joint faculty of medical cosmetology.
